Network topology identification (TI) is an essential function for distributed energy resources management systems (DERMS) to organize and operate widespread (DERs). In this paper, discriminant analysis (DA) deployed develop a network TI that relies only on the measurements available DERMS. The propounded method able identify switching configuration, as well status of protective devices. Following, improve resiliency against interruption communication channels, quadratic programming optimization approach proposed recover missing signals. By deploying data recovery Bayes' theorem together, benchmark developed afterward anomalous measurements. This can make resilient cyber-attacks. Having low computational burden, fast-track be applied in real-time applications. Sensitivity performed assess contribution different impact system load type loading level performance approach.
